This is a handmade ocean themed jellyfish beanie, made from the inspiration of Michael Guy Bowman’s song, “Lies with the sea” :) A large, billowing, teal beanie, with blue and white ruffles around the edges, and detachable sea motifs on top. This includes a starfish, a conch shell, a nautical shell, seaweed, coral, seashells, bows, and more. The motifs come in three removable bundles that are fastened on by pins. You can move the motifs anywhere you’d like :)
There’s multiple sea-colored tentacles under the hat, in varying textures, colors, and forms, most tied in unobtrusively with pony beads at the bottom. The hat is not heavy, and doesn’t require any under support other than your head. It is also adjustable in size, should you prefer to cut the white cord that decreases the brim size. If you do, the hat’s brim will expand and you can sew it back up to your size. Currently, it is sized as “one size fits most”. This project is made from various types of yarn, but is mostly acrylic.
This hat has been worn once, and the price will reflect this!
